With our veterinary hospital status you can expect the following:
- We are professionally staffed, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergencies and resident nursing care.
- Animals are NEVER left unattended overnight, as is the case in many non-hospital practices.
- Calls are NEVER diverted to machine or call centres.
- Our veterinary nurses provide immediate emergency advice and contact the duty vets as needed.
- We are inspected by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons every four years to ensure the highest standards of medicine, equipment and infections control are maintained.
