Farm Animals Overview

We firmly believe farming has a future in North Devon and are keen to develop heard and flock health so that a high quality product can be produced economically. The farm side of the practice covers a large part of North Devon providing a full service for its large dairy, beef and sheep populations as well as for numerous goats, pigs and alpacas. We have a team of vets dedicated to this side of the practice and can call upon a wealth of experience. All our vets attend courses to keep up to date with the latest developments. We are proud of the facilities and equipment our practice has to offer. They allow us to investigate and treat cases thoroughly and efficiently. Our depth of knowledge allows us to offer a wide range of services tailored to the needs of our clients. In addition to standard health and fertility services we also carry out whole farm investigations including: Cow reproductive performance Bull and Ram fertility (Including pre breeding assessment) Mastitis and Cell counts Investigation: Including Parlour Assessment) Nutrition Lameness. Health for All Our aim is to ensure the lifelong health of your animals whatever the size of you farm. In addition to the large commercial holdings we provide care for many small units, for example house cows or small goat and sheep flocks. We offer customised health plans that take into account your individual requirements.
