Building Works at Charter Vets, Mullacott
Some exciting news about building work just about to start at our Mullacott practice. The great news is that by August, we will have an extra consulting room as well as a much nicer and more modern practice for you to visit with your pets.
As with all building work, there will be some inconvenience over the next few weeks. This week (Thursday 17th & Friday 18th June) will see scaffolding being erected around the building. There will be a vet on site for emergencies only. All other appointments will be diverted to our Pilton or Roundswell practices.
Throughout weeks commencing 21st and 28th June, we will have a skeleton staff at Mullacott so if you need to collect medicines or food during this time, please call ahead of arrival and our team will advise you as the stage of the works will dictate where collection will take place. We can offer free postage for medicines during this time.
For all pre booked appointments we will be in contact with you shortly to rearrange.
Please note that on Saturdays 26th June and 3rd July, Mullacott practice will be closed and no staff will be on site. Our phone lines will be diverted to Roundswell and appointments will be seen there as well. You can pick up medicines at our other practices if you need to.
We apologise for any inconvenience but like you, we’re looking forward to a super new practice very soon!
