This summer has been a hot one and whilst this has been fantastic for most of us, many of our brachycephalic (short faced) dogs have been struggling. Their short noses and compressed facial features can result in breathing difficulties that are more pronounced in warm weather. At Charter Vets, we’re able to offer the life altering ‘brachycephalic airway surgery’ that can make all the difference. Tom Williams tells the story of Hank, a young English Bulldog who was having a particularly tough life.
More information about the story, including a write-up from Hank’s owners, can be found here : https://www.chartervets.com/portfolio-items/boas-case-study/
