If you normally purchase prescription or standard pet food through Charter Vets:

We are continuing with our social distancing protocols. Therefore we continue to ask clients that require medication, parasite treatment or food to please telephone the practice and we will arrange for you to collect your pet’s medicine, parasite treatment or food from one of our designated areas, at a given collection time.

Alternatively we are happy to post for a small fee to cover postage. For those clients that require prescription or standard pet food, again please telephone the practice and we will arrange collection from one of our designated areas, at a given collection time.
