If you would like to make a referral, please phone 01271 371115 to discuss a case, or confirm if and when we can meet your patients requirements.

Or send an email to referrals@chartervets.com with your client contact detail, patient details,  a prioritised summary of the history, and any supportive imaging, lab work & full clinical notes file.

For imaging original size jpegs exports are still helpful but dicoms are even better which can be shared via drop box to referrals@chartervets.com.
